Our curb appeal packages are geared toward realtors trying to sell homes for their clients, but anyone can take advantage of these 3 packages to enhance the doorway to their property.  For realtors, this is a great free tool that may enable you to close a sale much sooner.  Making a good first impression to a potential buyer is critical – unkempt grounds may imply the house is not being kept up.  It will look more attractive drive-bys, and realtors also have a reputation to uphold when their sign is in a client’s yard.

These packages include pruning, removal of dead or compacted plantings and yard clean-up; mowing, bed definition and weeding; 8-month weed prevention and bark mulch for beds, lawn treatments and pressure washing; shrubs and flowering annuals.  We also offer water timer and drip line rental for installed plants – these plants will carry a limited replacement warranty if this temporary watering system is chosen on the agreement.  We also offer weekly or bi-weekly lawn maintenance on a per-time basis until a home is sold.
